12 / BEFORE YOU START
Have a job that doesn’t fit a standard category? Tell us what needs to happen.
Ask the GIA teamGIA brings moving, transport, storage and practical services together for private and business customers. Choose from the twelve service areas above, or contact the team if your job combines several of them.
GIA is based in Albertslund and serves Copenhagen, Zealand and the rest of Denmark. Tell us your collection and delivery locations so we can confirm the appropriate service.
The price depends on the service, volume, access, crew and timing. Open the relevant service planner for the current estimate or request an individual quote. GIA confirms the scope and price before the job is agreed.
Yes. Use Courier and Pallet Service for an individual consignment. Include its weight, dimensions, collection address and delivery requirements so GIA can assess the route and price.
Yes. Use the Storage service page to discuss what you need stored, the expected period and collection or return delivery. Storage is assessed through its own service route.
Yes. GIA arranges luggage transfer between Copenhagen Airport, hotels, homes and cruise terminals. Share the number and size of bags, pickup and delivery locations, and the transfer times you need.
Store-to-Home Delivery can be coordinated with Furniture Assembly Copenhagen. GIA assembles freestanding furniture; wall drilling and wall mounting are not offered. Tell us the brand, item details and access requirements.
Yes. International Shipping covers suitable overseas luggage and baggage, box and pallet shipments from Denmark. For European road freight, use Denmark-to-Europe Transport. GIA assesses the route, packing, documentation and availability before confirming the shipment.
Call GIA with the locations, items and deadline. The team checks what is operationally possible before confirming a time. Sending an urgent enquiry does not itself reserve a vehicle or collection slot.
Declare valuable, fragile or unusual items before booking and ask GIA to confirm the applicable handling and cover in writing. If you notice damage, contact the team with your reference and supporting photographs.
Your service request is saved in GIA’s system and receives a reference. The team assesses the job and follows up with a quotation, confirmation or any questions needed to complete the plan.
