- Business stock on standard or oversized pallets — non-perishable
- Sports equipment, bicycles, outdoor furniture
- Musical instruments, artwork and collectables (packaged)
- Office furniture, filing systems and equipment
- Motorcycles and classic vehicles — by collection only

- Perishable food and liquids
- Hazardous materials — paint, chemicals, solvents, gas canisters
- Weapons and ammunition of any kind
- Illegal substances or controlled goods
- Live animals or plants
- Items requiring temperature control
- Motorcycles and vehicles brought to depot by customer — collection only
